Viktor Bos (39) is Challenge Lead Jobs of the Future at the Amsterdam Economic Board. He has a background in geography, urban planning and economics. Since 2013 he has specialized in innovation, future of work, talent and education in the role of program manager Werk Maken van Talent (human capital agenda). In that role he co-founded i.e. BSSA and Make IT Work. At the moment the main focus is on the tech-talent action program TechConnect. The ambition is to make the tech labourmarkt inclusive and spread tech jobs all over de Amsterdam Metropolitan Area by activating and educating 50K people.
